Job Description - DISPATCH PACKING & LOADING

The Dispatch, Packing & Loading Executive is responsible for managing the packing, labeling, and dispatching of products, ensuring safe and efficient loading for transportation. This role involves coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations. It also includes ensuring that products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the loading process to ensure timely shipments.

Responsibilities

• Pack Products securely to prevent damage.
• Label & Document products with shipping details.
• Coordinate Dispatch to ensure timely shipments.
• Assist in Loading goods onto transport vehicles.
• Track Inventory and ensure accurate product dispatch.
• Inspect for Quality before packing and dispatch.
• Follow Safety Standards during packing and loading.
• Maintain Accurate Records of dispatch activities.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction by timely and accurate deliveries.
